Booking
No payment required to book the apartment. You pay all (rent and deposit) during check in.
Once you have decided to reserve the apartment, provided that it is available, we will ask you:

Flight company

Day of arrival

Name and age of guests
Published rent
The rents published are final and include building related fees, city taxes, water, electricity, gas, broadband Internet, linen and towels. There are no fees or hidden charges as we are the owners of this apartment.
The payment is in cash american dollars in the check in moment.
Maid service can be provided at a cost of us$ 30 each time.
Remise service can be arranged from Ezeiza´s airport (34 km from the city) to the apartment at a price of us$ 50.
Security Deposit
The security deposit is of the same amount of the rent. Therefore, if the rent is us$400, the deposit will also be us$400.
It is also payed in cash and in dollars in the check-in moment.
The deposit will be reimbursed once the stay has finished after checking that there are no damages in the apartment and that all the items included in the inventory are ok. In case it could be any damage, the amount shall be discount from the deposit. If the amount to be paid is not covered with the deposit’s amount, the tenant shall pay the difference in cash in the very moment.
Reception
We will be waiting for you in the apartment on your arrival date to sign the contract, the inventory and give you the keys. In this moment the rent and deposit must be payed in cash.
Futhermore, we will explain to you everything related to the apartment-
Besides, we will explain to you how to commute in the city; we will provide you a street map that includes buses and we will explain to you how to go to the downtown and different places in the city.
Duration of stay
A rental agreement regulates the minimum and maximum time during which a client may stay in a rented apartment. An essential element of the contractual relationship is that the rental agreement has a specific beginning and an end, with no automatic extension.
In the event that clients wished to extend the duration of the lease, we must be notified in writing before the termination date of the rental agreement in effect at the time. It shall only be possible to enter into a new agreement if the apartment is available for the desired term of the new agreement. In this case, we calculate the cost of the extension according to the terms specified in this website.
The maximum stay is 6 months according to the Argentine law.
Check-out and security deposit
We conduct the check-out. Return of the security deposit in full is a contractual part of a client agreement provided the client return the apartment in the exact same condition as when moving into the apartment. The rental agreement allows for deductions for the costs of repairing any damage caused by the client from the security deposit. In the event that repair costs exceed the total security deposit amount, the difference is payable immediately by the client on demand and is subject to the property owner providing receipts for repairs or replacement of their property. To avoid difficulties or delays on the day of departure or the retention of a security deposit until repairs are completed, we advise the client to notify us of any damage caused to the apartment or its contents at least 72 hours before departure.
